Sotheby’s is honored to be showcasing examples of Lebanon’s diverse artistic output, notably from both modern and contemporary masters. Although some of the artists moved away from Lebanon during their lifetime, many of these works capture a sense of belonging and attachment to their birth country, often with the use of colour and subject matter.
