Description

Launched in 1994, reference 3706 is one of the most well-known modern IWC references. It is characterized by its tritium lume and the recognizable triangle marker at 12 o'clock. The reference reignited the interest in pilot's watches and is a modern classic.

The watch is in very good condition overall with few light signs of wear to the case. The dial is extremely attractive with luminous material that has aged to a rich yellow color. The bracelet is small, but in good condition. There are some light scratches to the clasp. The movement is running at time of cataloguing; however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
