This 2005 Nike Dunk Low was designed by legendary sneaker customizer Methamphibian. Originally from New York, Methamphibian made a name for himself as one of the foremost experts in sneaker customization with his unique designs and techniques. 

In the early aughts, Methamphibian joined the AMC crew, “a group of people who collectively had the illest collection of sneakers,” he told UK blog The Hundreds in 2012. The group included Ben Baller, DJ Homicide and the late DJ AM; Methamphibian has credited Ben Baller with introducing him to the Los Angeles store Undefeated, where these customized shoes were sold.
