Description

A collaboration between The Bruin Co., Nike, and Danny Kass, these incredible snowboarding boots were created in 2010. The ‘moon boot’ design was inspired by space programs of the 1980's and had a corresponding marketing campaign starring Danny Kass as a ‘Kasstronaut’ attempting to achieve a 9000 spin on the moon.

The outer tongues feature an American flag representing Danny Kass and the USA Olympic Team, and a Canadian flag representing Vancouver as the site of the 2010 Olympic Games. Other details include astronaut-inspired tonal silver uppers and a space emblem with ‘Kass 82’ at each spine.
