Description
The Nike Air Jordan 1 is one of the most iconic designs in the history of both streetwear and basketball, and is a key part of the origin of the Air Jordan brand for Nike. Designed by Peter Moore, Air Jordan 1s were worn by Michael Jordan in 1984 and 1985, as well as modified versions in 1986 (after a broken foot Michael endured).
Maintaining the core design elements of the Air Jordan 1, the Sky Jordan, produced solely in children’s sizes, earned its name from the lack of Nike Air units in the pairs. "Sky Jordan" branding also replaces the Air Jordan branding on the collar’s wings logo.
These original Sky Jordans from 1985 are dressed in the iconic Chicago color scheme of red, white and black.
