Nicknamed the "Fat Lady", the Rolex reference 16760 was undoubtedly an important timepiece within the Rolex archives.
It was the first model of the GMT-Master II collection allowing the center hour hand to be set independently, the first to feature a "Coke" bezel, the first to incorporate a sapphire crystal and the first to apply white gold indexes.
Extremely daring and cutting edge at its time, the present watch expresses a great level of creativity.

MVT: is running at the time of cataloguing.
CASE: overall in good condition. Signs of previous polishing, especially on the upper right lug and lower left one but still good proportions overall. Light scratches on the bezel
BRACELET: is in very good condition. 78360, end link 50, clasp I4
DIAL: The indexes and hands have been repainted to give the appearance of an attractive patina. The central part of the indexes discreetly darker. Discreet mark to the center from 2 to 4 o’clock left by the hour hand. Thin hairline between 8 and 7 o’clock. Residue at 12 o’clock. Scratches, wear and residue on the hands. Glue residue around the cyclop.
