The Rolex Daytona reference 116598 SACO was first presented to the world at the Basel fair in 2004 and it quickly became the most talked about piece for its unconventional looks. Often referred to as a 'wild beauty', the reference was a total and daring update to one of Rolex's most iconic families, the Daytona.

The leopard print dial is set with diamond indexes, a motif further echoed on the strap and case which is set with diamonds and orange sapphires on the end links between the lugs and bezel. All in all this seemingly outlandish reference showcases Rolex brave creative impulse resulting in one of the most exotic pieces to ever be produced by the Swiss manufacturer.

While it has been carefully used on rare occasion, this specimen has been preserved with its original protective stickers on the case and the green sticker on the caseback, making it highly appealing.
