Description
In 1981, Patek Philippe launched the mid-size Nautilus reference 3800/1. The watch had a reduced diameter and provided an attractive alternative to the already popular "Jumbo" version. The watch also featured the new caliber 335 SC and was available in steel, two-tone and full gold. The stainless steel case was manufactured by Favre-Perret and the dials by Stern Créations. The slightly more conservative case size ensures this timepiece perfectly fits a wrist which would not necessarily accommodate the larger Jumbo size. Over the years, the indexes have developed an attractive and consistent patina perfectly matching the hands.

Very GoodThe watch is in overall very good condition with light wear throughout commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
