This iteration of the famed Patek Philippe Calatrava boasts an incredibly attractive two-tone sector dial. An attribute highly sought after by collectors for vintage wristwatches, this modern version was launched in 2005 with a white gold case, and one year later with a rose gold one. The reference 5296 was discontinued in 2018, and in the current collection no two-tone sector dial can be found, making this an exciting opportunity to acquire an attractive piece. Very GoodThe watch is in overall very good condition with light wear throughout commensurate with age. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. Please note that Sotheby's does not guarantee the future working of the movement.
