Description
The Montblanc watchmaking story began in 1858, and the original Minerva ateliers remain abuzz with activity today, serving as the Montblanc Manufacture in Villeret. Every component is still crafted and decorated by hand, including the balance springs. The manufacturer is one of a select few around the world in which the watchmakers have the know-how to produce their own balance springs entirely by hand. This Timewalker reference 101551 is a stainless steel automatic wristwatch with date, circa 2012, caliber 4810/401 and power reserve 42 hours. Water resistance is 30 meters, with hour, minute, second and date. This watch comes with paper only.
Condition Report
GoodCase is in overall good condition with moderate surface wear. Bracelet has serious signs of stretch, scratches on both sides and surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Buckle has moderate signs of scratches. Crystal has moderate signs of scratches and surface wear throughout commensurate with age. Case back has signs of scratches. The movement is running at the time of cataloging, however, it was not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion.
