The subdial for twenty-four hours with the days of the week is at 9 o'clock, the months with leap year is at 3 o'clock, and the moon phase aperture and days of the months are at 6 o'clock self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 240Q automatic movement with gyromax balance-wheel adjusted to cold, heat, isochronism and five positions. Transparent skeleton exhibition case back. Black alligator leather strap with 18k yellow gold foldover deployant buckle. 37.2mm with a thickness of 8.5mm.
