The Cartier Santos was first released in 1904, a product of Brazilian aviation pioneer Alberto Santos-Dumont approaching Cartier for a watch that would allow him to tell the time without letting go of the plane controls. As with so many Cartier designs, this timeless model has remained in production for decades, combining elegance and functionality. This large yellow gold example includes a date window. Includes box.
