Drafted second overall by the Memphis Grizzlies in 2019, Ja Morant has taken the NBA by storm with his jaw-dropping athletic ability, highlight-reel playmaking and his youthful exuberance. The Murray State player averaged 17.8 points and 7.3 assists per game as a rookie on his way to the 2020 Rookie of the Year award. 

These black Nike sneakers were photo-matched by Resolution Photomatching to the Grizzlies’ 96-82 victory over the Detroit Pistons on February 3, 2020. Morant registered 12 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds in the win.

In addition, Resolution also photo-matched the right shoe to the Grizzlies’ 126-116 defeat at the hands of the New Orleans Pelicans on January 20, 2020. Resolution identified a probable photo match for the left shoe to that date but the results were not conclusive. Morant contributed 16 points, 9 assists and 3 rebounds in the loss.
