- Brass star atop a brass ladder mounted to a wooden base.
- Sponsored by Fry’s Chocolate (now Cadbury’s) and presented to the fastest climbing artist on Radio Luxembourg’s Top 20 Show.
- These awards were presented between 1964 and 1966.
- 04116 handwritten on the back and bottom of the base in silver pen.
