The furry friends of the Hundred Acre Wood, based on real-life toys, are incorporated into these children's poems. Winnie the Pooh is Christopher Robin's constant companion, but readers also run into Eeyore, Piglet, Kanga and Roo. Within only a couple months of publication, this installment of the Pooh series had already outsold its (bestselling) predecessor, Winnie the Pooh. This deluxe production for the United States was limited to only 200 copies.
