Description

Named for the West Coast skateboard label Chocolate Skateboards, the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro "Chocolate" commemorates Chocolate team rider Keenan Milton. The "Chocolate," released alongside its West Coast counterpart "Zoo York," are considered to be some of Nike SB’s first skate brand collaborations.

The sneaker’s colors were chosen by SB team member Richard Mulder and graphics designed by Chocolate skateboarders. The shoes feature a double-stitched design with a black and anthracite colored upper. The embroidered cross at the heel serves as a tribute to Milton.

What sets Nike SB apart from other competitive brands is the unbridled creativity, collaborators, materials and whimsical highly thematic designs that define a generation of sneakerheads. Nike has explored hundreds of concepts – often with a sense of humor – through its Nike Dunks. From designs that range from beer bottles, to guitar cases, to horror films, jewelry, animals, arts and cities – the Dunks represent some of the most beloved and creative models for the brand.
