Patek Philippe Perpetual Calendar Reference 5970G-001 The Patek Philippe Reference 5970 was launched in 2004 and replaced with reference 3970 which had been in production since 1986. As the natural successor to the legendary Patek Philippe lineage of perpetual calendar chronograph models, the 5970 is clearly influenced by each of its preceding references. Equipped with a movement based on a Lemania ébauche (which was heavily modified and finished by Patek Philippe) calibre 27-70Q, reference 5970 houses the same movement as 3970. However, the case of the 5970 is considerably larger and more contemporary than its predecessors, with a diameter of 40 mm. In production for only 6 years, reference 5970 is the last perpetual calendar chronograph of the company featuring the Geneva seal on the movement. For their 175th Anniversary, <a href="https://www.sothebys.com/en/buy/luxury/watches/watch/patek-philippe" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Patek Philippe</a> released a plethora of novelties to commemorate the occasion. One such watch was the present reference 5975, a brand new interpretation of the chronograph wristwatch segment. Instead of the usual twin sub-dial configuration, for this limited edition Patek Philippe opted to only retain the chronograph seconds, with added scales on the dial which emulate snail-dial chronographs of the WW2 era.

Patek Philippe Annual Calendar Chronograph Reference 5905P Patek Philippe launched a new Annual Calendar Chronograph in 2015 at Basel, the Reference 5905P. It first debuted only cased in platinum and offered collectors an annual calendar and fly-back chronograph function in a more substantial 42mm case.
