SPALDING, SPALDING BASKETBALL
Circa 1990
Sotheby’s is proud to present this Spalding basketball signed by various members of the 1990 3-Point Shootout during All-Star Weekend in Miami. The Three-Point Shootout was the highlight of the weekend, with Craig Hodges winning his third consecutive title.
The signatures on the ball include those of Michael Jordan, Bobby Hansen, Larry Bird, Craig Ehlo, Mark Price, Craig Hodges, and Reggie Miller.
The basketball is a limited edition All-Star ball, 218 out of 500.
Included in this lot is also an All-Star ticket signed by Magic Johnson. The ticket is accompanied by a letter from James Spence Authentication.
A letter from Beckett in regards to the basketball signatures is also included in this lot.
