款識：趙大年水村圖意，黃大癡富春筆法，寫似始聲道兄，時乙酉(1705)三月望後，麓臺祁。鈐印：「原」「祁」(聯珠印)
鑑藏印：(宮本昂)「宮子行同弟玉父寶之」、「宮子行玉父共欣賞」、「宮本昂印」、「賢者而後樂此」
