釋文：獻之：思戀轉不可言。瞻近而未得奉見。但有歎塞。遲諸位還。具天寶疾患問。何其倉卒。乏子孫。當欣倫早成家。以此娛上下。豈謂奄失此女。愍惜深至。惻切心懷。㛐哀念當可為心。情願不可保。使人惋惋悲。政常隨事豁之耳。願遣無益。盡。臨為拙翁年兄親家壽，弟真。鈐印：「法若真印」
