Collection of photographs taken during Ernest Shackleton's Imperial Transantarctic Endurance Expedition of 1914-1916
69 silver gelatin photographs (mostly: 154 x 204 mm or the reverse), window mounted on grey paper (sheet: 304 x 380 mm); faint edge toning, scattered silvering, mostly minor and to edges of photographs, several lightly scratched, a few mounts lightly soiled. Housed in a folding maroon cloth portfolio.
