The old port is a perfect example of Georges de Feure’s talent, blending different influences to create original and distinctive compositions.

It was only in 1903, at the time of the Georges de Feure retrospective at Art Nouveau Bing, that the public discovered the artist’s landscapes. By this time, he was experienced and his artistic journey had led him to develop an original sense of composition.
