Comprising: a pair of gold presentation cufflinks featuring the cipher of Tsar Boris III of Bulgaria set with rose diamonds and a crown applied with red enamel, fitted case; and a pair of presentation cufflinks of similar design applied with red guilloché enamel, accented by circular-cut sapphires and rose diamonds, fitted case.

Giovanna of Savoy, Tsarina of Bulgari (1907-2000) gifted the pair of gold, enamel and diamond presentation cufflinks to one of her husband’s nephews as a souvenir following his death in 1943.
