Comprising five lockets including a blue enamelled locket centering a star set with a cushion-shaped ruby and half-seed pearls, opening to reveal a portrait photograph of Carl Theodor, Duke in Bavaria; a brushed gold locket set with old cushion-shaped diamonds and cabochon turquoises, opening to reveal a portrait photograph of Princess Sophie of Saxony, Duchess in Bavaria and a lock of hair, partial Austrian maker’s mark; a locket decorated with facsimile handwriting highlighted by rose diamonds, opening to reveal a handwritten note; a polished gold locket opening to reveal a portrait photography of Carl Theodor, Duke in Bavaria; a locket set with a miniature portrait of a child opening to reveal a lock of hair; and a pendant chased with a floral and foliate pattern, unfolding to reveal a miniature telescope.
