Description

NIKE, NIKE MESH JERSEY, SIZE 48 (+4 LENGTH)

This home ‘City Edition’ jersey was worn by Jalen Brunson on February 10, 2024 when the New York Knicks played the Indiana Pacers.

Brunson finished with 39 points, 3 rebounds, 4 assists, and 1 steal. The Knicks lost to the Pacers, 125-111.

Jalen Brunson entered the 2018 NBA Draft, where he was selected with the 3rd pick in the 2nd round, as perhaps the most decorated player in the class. Having just led Villanova to the 2018 NCAA National Championship (and winning another in 2016), Brunson also won the Bob Cousy award and was named Consensus National Player of the Year, NCAA East Region Most Outstanding Player, BIG EAST Player of the Year, BIG EAST Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and to the NCAA Final Four All-tournament Team.

Brunson joined fellow rookie Luka Doncic on the Dallas Mavericks and quickly demonstrated his scoring abilities, becoming a key piece of the Mavericks’ rotation. His breakout performance was in game 2 of the Western Conference Quarterfinals in 2022, where without Doncic, Brunson led the Mavericks past Jazz with 41 points, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, and 2 steals to tie the series. After Doncic’s return, the tandem led the Mavericks to the Western Conference Finals, the team’s best finish since 2011.

In the summer of 2022, Brunson joined the New York Knicks and flourished as the starting point guard, putting up career-best averages in points and assists while leading the Knicks to their first playoff series win in a decade.

At the time of cataloging, Brunson has career averages of 16.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 4.7 assists per game.

Brunson is a 1-time NBA All-Star and was named to the 2024 All-NBA 2nd Team.
