Set with a step-cut sapphire weighing 17.60 carats, the shoulders accented by marquise-shaped diamonds, size 56, Italian maker’s mark.
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 142066, dated 16 October 2024, stating that the sapphire is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
