Description
Set with a cushion-shaped diamond weighing 5.65 carats, decorated with brilliant-cut diamonds and diamonds of pink tint, mounted in platinum and 18 karat pink gold, size 5½, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered, French assay and maker’s marks, case stamped Van Cleef & Arpels.
Accompanied by GIA report no. 17160893, dated 17 April 2008, stating that the diamond is D Colour, Internally Flawless; further accompanied by a diamond type classification letter stating that the diamond is determined to be a Type IIa diamond. Type IIa diamonds are the most chemically pure type of diamond and often have exceptional optical transparency. Please note that the report is over 15 years old and might require an update.
Also accompanied by a Van Cleef & Arpels certificate of authenticity and a copy of the original design sketch.
Please note that diamonds of pink tint have not been tested for natural colour origin.
