Set with a heart-shaped ruby, to the surmount decorated with pear-, marquise-shaped and brilliant-cut diamonds, mounted in platinum and 18 karat yellow gold, size 6, signed HW, numbered.
Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 24061062, dated 28 June 2024, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
