Brandon Ingram began his career with the Los Angeles Lakers after being drafted with the 2nd overall pick of the 2016 NBA Draft. In his rookie season, he earned All-NBA Rookie Second Team honors.

After three seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, Ingram was included in a trade to the New Orleans Pelicans where he teamed up with fellow Duke University alum, Zion Williamson.
