The Reference 5074 combines two significant complications expertly crafted by Patek Philippe: the perpetual calendar and the minute repeater. First launched in 2001 in yellow gold, the present example cased in pink gold with a black dial debuted in 2005, and only a handful of them has came back to the market. With a substantial 42 mm diameter, the watch possesses a commanding presence on the wrist, emphasized by its stepped bezel in pink gold, which contrasts beautifully with the subtle black dial.

The dial layout adheres to the traditional roots of Patek Philippe's perpetual calendars, ensuring excellent legibility and a symmetrical balance. Powered by the calibre R27 Q, the movement incorporates a minute repeater, visible through the sapphire display back.
