Released in 2018, the 15202IP represented the return of the use of titanium and platinum for Audemars Piguet, having utilised the same combination in two other more complicated Royal Oak editions prior.
The difference for this particular model however is its simplicity and the addition of the smoke blue dial. Perhaps the most enticing feature of this watch is its understatedness. From afar one might be excused for mistaking this for a steel 15202, a desirable watch indeed and one that will certainly catch the attention of any enthusiast, and it is in this, albeit forgivable, ignorance that the wearer will draw significant satisfaction - the knowledge this watch is truly set apart from the rest. Upon closer inspection the delightfully contrasting titanium mid case and platinum bezel become apparent, and the depth of the dial unmissable, elements that are only appreciated up close making the connection between watch and wearer that touch stronger.
This 15202IP is presented in virtually unworn condition, retaining sharp edges and strong proportions. What's more it is only limited to 250 pieces and accompanied by its full suite of accessories.
