The A. Lange & Söhne Langematik Perpetual debuted during a period of remarkable success for the brand, following the acclaim of the Datograph introduced in 1999. Recognizing the need for a calendar timepiece in its collection, A. Lange & Söhne introduced this perpetual calendar — a grand complication often considered essential in the catalogues of prestigious watchmakers.
Released in 2001, the Langematik Perpetual was initially available in two exquisite precious metal variations: yellow gold (Ref. 310.021) and platinum (Ref. 310.025), the latter being the model we proudly offer today.
Produced until 2017, this timepiece marked A. Lange & Söhne’s first self-winding perpetual calendar wristwatch, featuring the brand's distinctive off-centered 21K gold rotor. Its classic design reflects the brand's unparalleled craftsmanship, while the contemporary in-house caliber L922.1 movement showcases signature innovations, including the zero-reset mechanism, which resets the seconds hand to zero when the crown is pulled.
We are pleased to offer this lot in very good condition, complete with its full suite of accessories.
