· 8-day manually wound movement
· silvered matte and engine-turned dial signed Cartier, black Roman numerals, gold hands heightened with blue champlevé enamel, days of the week above with separate apertures to the base for date and month, the days and month in French
· rectangular case of nephrite, gold bezel with inset engine-turned banded detailing, lapis lazuli-set cabochons to case sides, four crowns to gilded backplate for manual advancement of calendar indications, further crown for hands with adjacent winder, hinged strut support, lower edge of back with hand stamped Cartier numbers 0618, scratch etched MC 4-6- 27
