Description

The Dalmore 50 Year Old 40.0 abv 1966


One of only 50 bottles to celebrate master distiller Richard Paterson’s 50 years in the industry, filled into a Baccarat crystal decanter adorned with a solid silver stag designed by silversmith Hamilton & Inches, includes four Baccarat glasses, four placemats, crystal stopper, distillery booklet and separate Linley display case within protective metal flight cases, bottle removed from original plastic for inspection, white gloves and handling instructions included


Distilled on 31st of December 1966 and filled into American oak barrels, transferred into Matusalem sherry casks from González Byass in 2003, transferred in 2012 into Colheita 1938 Port pipes from Graham’s for a further four years before a final 50 day finish in two Champagne barriques which were used to matured the 2015 Pinot Noir vintage at Domaine Henri Giraud

-         to an address in London: £35 for the first 10 cases, plus £10 for any additional case, plus VAT and Sotheby’s Transit Care cover;

-         to a UK address outside of London (excluding Ireland and Scotland): £45 for the first 10 cases, plus £10 for any additional case, plus VAT and Sotheby’s Transit Care cover.
