Bonili is a Japanese importer that specializes in French wine, with a side interest in American whiskey – and in particular rare, extra-aged bourbon. Naturally, it has been a frequent client of the Willett distillery, whose Family Estate series has offered unique, older barrels for private bottling since the mid-2000s.
