（一）款識：黃鶴山樵係趙文敏甥，中年畫故酷似其舅。後變師右丞、北苑法，遂臻化境，所謂不向如來行處行也。丁卯(1867)九秋，仿元四大家筆，似耔三仁兄大人正。弟秦祖永。鈐印：楞煙外史、祖永私印

鑑藏印：周雨卿鑒藏書畫印

（二）款識：學梅道人畫，須起手得地，然後邱壑位置，方能稱心而出。未落筆前取意，既落筆後取氣也。鈐印：祖永、秦擷芬

（三）款識：張伯雨評癡翁畫云：山川渾厚，草木華滋，允為元畫之冠。愧余未能夢見，如何、如何？鈐印：祖永私印、逸道人

（四）款識：雲林畫天真澹簡，一木一石，自有千巖萬壑之勢。今人遂以一木一石求雲林，幾失雲林矣。鈐印：聲白居士
