the gold and gilt metal thread ground worked with raised scroll motifs in each corners, the ribbon edged pillar in the centre of the design including scrolls and anthemion motifs, the whole panel embroidered with polychrome silk and metal thread flowers and leaves including tulips, roses, sunflowers..., now mounted in a glazed composite frame
