B) The Fountain of the Graces and Volumnia Imploring Coriolanus


Both gouache, heightened with gold;

A) inscribed in gold, upper center: Le Triomphe / de Bachus and lower center: Le Depart / d'Helene

B) inscribed in gold, upper center: Fontaine / des Graces and lower center: Volumnia / Implorant Coriolanus

Each: 488 by 480 mm; 19 ¼ by 18 ¾ in.
