Inscribed THREE MILE HOUSE B HOMAN.

Height 27 in. by Width 20 ¼ in.

This sign is likely for the Three-Mile House inn which was built in 1762 and was one of the oldest inns in Berks County, Pennsylvania.  It received its name because it was located approximately three miles from Reading.
