COLOUR

Rich Elm Burr

NOSE

Robust cloves and ginger resins with wood and prunes. Hints of lighter estery notes (apples/citrus/floral) are complexed with a treacle toffee nose. Similar to sherry fruit cake

PALATE

Massively spicy and prune like, balanced with light estery fruits and toffee

FINISH

Drying clove spices with wood resins and dried fruits
