Level into the neck, excellent appearance

An alluring nose of tobacco and compost with a touch of violets and aniseed. Glorious minty opulence, unique to Romanée-Saint- Vivant. Great attack and minty fruit. Very fresh acidity. This really shows the wonderfully defined, incisive side of 2001. At 8 years old from magnum, it has a convincing, deep colour and an intense, piercing bouquet. Violets, concentration, and utter definition of classy Pinot Noir on great terroir. The sweetness of the fruit increases in the glass. Great fresh acidity which, initially, slightly cuts off the finish. Then the cassis berries take over on the palate. There is a lot of sweetness "integrally" in the wine. 漾溢誘人的煙草和肥料氣息，並帶有紫羅蘭和茴香籽的絲絲芬芳。璀璨瑰麗的薄荷幽香，流露出羅曼尼．聖維望的獨有氣質。教人心神激盪的薄荷果香。2001年份的精妙和銳氣，皆透過酒中的清新酸爽而表露無遺。曾經嚐過一瓶陳釀8年的1.5公升裝。有著令人心悅誠服的酒香，色澤極深，並散發一股強勁熾烈的氣息。像紫羅蘭般的濃稠深厚，盡顯極佳地源特性之下的黑比諾葡萄的極致風韻。在酒杯中，慢慢昇華出水果的甘甜。最初，酒中有著一股鮮活的酸香，其後則被一份黑加侖子的莓類口感所取代。多種多樣的甜味，在酒中「糅和共融」。丹寧在收結時慢慢浮現。現在還是存在酒窖吧。施慧娜（葡萄酒大師M.W.）
