Nike Air Jordan 9 Retro 'Usher Gold Chrome' Sample | Size 7

While Michael Jordan took a hiatus from basketball to play professional baseball, the Jordan brand released the famous Air Jordan 9 model. Despite never being worn by Michael Jordan, it was the lightest model released at its time and was the first Jordan PE to come in a cleated version for Michael Jordan. 

This specific pair of shoes is believed to be one of only a handful ever produced. Worn by Usher during a taping of The Voice, the pair is incredibly rare and sought after. With an entirely gold upper in patent leather, there are a handful of details which too are added in gold. The Jumpman logo on the heel tab, the embroidered ‘23’ on the heels, and three-star branding on the tongue, are all featured in gold. There is a golden midsole and translucent outsole.

Along with the Jordans 9’s, Usher has also sported pairs of all-gold Jordan 3’s and Jordan 11’s.
