A group of linen and lace vestments and linen church service accessories, European, 17th - 20th century


including linen albs, two plain and one with red embroidered pictorial motifs including grape vines, fish, dove, anchors and the lamb of God, applied to the cuffs and lower border, this alb possibly early 20th century, including several sections of rochet of pleated linen and lace, 17th century, with some separate pairs of lace and red silk cuffs, and a separate lace flounce, 18th century, and a later alb cincture, with some plain and linen with lace surplices, 18th century and later, together with altar cloths, one with beige text around the edges, 18th century, and a large number of later altar linens including corporals (napkins) and chalice veils
