Van Halen — Michael Anthony

Ernie Ball Music Man StingRay Bass in pearl white finish with rosewood board; wear from stage and tour use, the gaffer taped picks Michael Anthony-branded picks still adhered to side) with original case (one latch broken).

Used by Anthony onstage and in the studio during 1991-1993 and signed by him above oval pickguard “Ouch babe! Michael Anthony”.

The iconic StingRay bass was first produced by Ernie Ball in 1976 and has become one the most recognizable and revered basses in rock music. Featuring on board equalization, a large humbucking pick up and distinctive pick guard and 3 and 1 tuning configuration, it’s innovative design and homegrown California production no doubt appealed to Anthony.
