An original poster for the Atlanta International Pop Festival. The organizers for the event included Chris Cowing, Robin Conant, and Alex Cooley, the latter of which was responsible for organizing the Texas International Pop Festival (as well as the Atlanta festival's successor). Massive crowds turned out in the sweltering heat to see Janis Joplin, Joe Cocker, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zeppelin, and others.
