During a particularly cool growing season, we benefitted greatly in 2011 from our decades of experience cultivating classic red varietiess and brought forth a stellar harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon.

This elegant library wine is an ageworthy example of the vintage and captivates with bursting flavors of brambly fruit that commingle with graham-cracker crust. Round, silky tannins and a delightfully energetic acidity linger on the palate and bring it to a long, satisfying finish.
