Charles Zalber was the owner of Galerie Lucie Weill & Seligmann, Paris, a renowned gallery located adjacent to the École Nacionale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts. Founded in 1930, the gallery worked with upcoming and established artists, both French and international, the likes of Pablo Picasso, Christian Bérard, Jean Cocteau, Gino Severini, and Kees van Dongen.
