寶格麗 | 'Monete' 古代錢幣 配 紅玉髓 及 鑽石 項鏈

Featuring a bezel-set antique coin depicting a male in profile, the reverse depicting a figure, the bezel inscribed 'ROMA TITUS AUG. A.D. 79-81' as a reference to Titus Vespasianus Augustus, encircled with carved carnelian and brilliant-cut diamonds, to the neckchain, mounted in 18 karat yellow gold, length approximately 385mm, signed Bvlgari, numbered, Italian assay and maker's marks.
