Perpetual calendar is a function that many watch enthusiasts would consider as one of the most traditional and functional but yet most problematic functions ever designed in the history of watchmaking. An operating perpetual calendar on a watch can make life easier by indicating the day, date and month of each year, including leap years for a 100 years. However a fatal flaw among all perpetual calendar is that any manipulation or adjustment of the date during changeover can result in damage to its mechanism. In 2016, MB&F and the talented independent watchmaker Stephen McDonnell, an former instructor at WOSTEP had collaborated to redesign the old perpetual calendar complication. They had managed to create the Legacy Machine Perpetual with a fully-integrated perpetual calendar for which corrections can be performed whenever desired.

With a dome shape sapphire crystal, the user is able to speculate the advance technicality of every single micro part. The user can also be inspired by the complicated movements of this machine. Furthermore please note MB&F has generously offer a complimentary service for the successful buyer of this watch within six months after purchase, including shipping fee of the watch to the MB&F atelier in Switzerland and an one-year warranty will also be provided.
