The DB27 Titan Hawk presents a captivating blend of De Bethune's timeless and modern design elements. The present model belongs to the "V1" series, which was launched in 2012 to celebrate De Bethune’s 10-year anniversary. The V1 model features a rotating “arrow head” for the date indicator and positions the crown at 12 o'clock. Staying true to the brand's distinctive style, the watch incorporates the distinctive "floating lugs" and a rounded, multi-dimensional appearance achieved through alternating raised and recessed dial sections. Notably, the dial features a more conventional three-hand display, allowing the avant-garde case and unique features to take center stage. Additionally, the V1's caseback is partially enclosed, offering only a subtle glimpse of the meticulously hand-finished movement and intricate technical details, in line with De Bethune's mystifying character. Encased in 43 mm of titanium surrounding a black dial on a black alligator strap, the present watch beautifully combines durability, elegance, and innovation, embodying the essence of De Bethune's craftsmanship at its finest.
